Membership

Rolecraft membership costs NGN 4,500 for 30 days from purchase (or from the current active end date if you renew early). During an active period you get:

• PDF download for finished applications
• 12 draft generations, 36 chat revisions, and 12 AI reviews (gift units for that period)
• Optional job-match emails based on your saved profile and threshold

Preview accounts can still explore roles and use a small free allowance. Membership is not required to browse the job board.

Billing & refunds

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your full card details. A successful charge credits your account once — webhook and browser return share the same settle path so you are never double-charged for the same reference.

Listed prices are Rolecraft’s charges for membership or top-up packs. Payments run on Paystack. We pass Paystack’s processing fee through to you, so the total on Paystack’s checkout may be slightly higher than the Rolecraft price shown in Account. That processing fee is charged by Paystack — Rolecraft does not keep it as a hidden markup.

Membership does not auto-renew by itself in Rolecraft; you start renewals from Account when you want another period. Top-up packs for drafts, chat, or reviews are one-time purchases.

If a payment settled but credits did not appear within a short time, contact us with the Paystack reference. Refund requests for unused periods are reviewed case-by-case within local consumer rules; write to hello@mail.rolecraft.org.

Job alerts

Alerts are for members who opt in. We match recent catalog roles against the profile materials you uploaded and the threshold you set. We keep volume low (a small daily cap) so your inbox stays usable.

Every genuine alert includes your personal anti-phishing check code from Account. If that code is missing or different, treat the message as phishing and ignore the links. Each alert also has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can turn alerts off anytime in Account.

Privacy

We store account identity (via Clerk), profile excerpts you upload, application drafts, usage, and payment references needed to run the product. We do not sell your email list. Email is sent through Resend from mail.rolecraft.org.

You can ask us to delete profile materials and drafts by emailing hello@mail.rolecraft.org from your account address.

AI drafts

Résumés, letters, reviews, and chat edits are generated with AI from the materials and job text you provide. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy before you apply. Do not invent employers, degrees, or licenses — Rolecraft is built to stay anchored to what you upload.
