A leading global CDMO is seeking a driven Associate Director or Director of Business Development to expand its biologics portfolio across Europe. This is a senior-level, high-impact role focused on identifying new opportunities, closing strategic partnerships, and growing key accounts in the biologics space.
What you would do
- Own and grow biologics-focused BD activities in your territory
- Partner with clients from early engagement to deal close
- Represent the company at conferences and in strategic meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and leadership teams
What were looking for
- 5+ years' BD experience in Biologics (CDMO, CRO, or Pharma)
- Life Sciences degree (advanced degree a plus)
- Strong industry network and commercial acumen
- Confident communicator with a hunter mindset
