A global contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) is hiring a Senior Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth across its service portfolio (small molecule, biologics, ADCs, peptides, and oligonucleotides). This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for high-value partnerships and long-term revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development strategy across multiple therapeutic and modality areas
- Build and manage key client relationships, from first contact through to close
- Partner with technical and executive teams to align proposals with client needs
- Represent the company at major conferences and in high-level negotiations
Required Experience
- 10+ years in BD or commercial leadership within CDMO, CRO, or pharma services
- Strong knowledge across modalities (small molecule, biologics, or ADCs)
- Proven track record of winning complex deals and building client trust
- Strong communicator, commercially minded, and highly collaborative
